Mariah Encinias

Mariah is a Boulder, Colorado native with 10 years of experience around real estate, primarily focusing on rehabbing and maintaining foreclosures for Freddie Mac and Fanny Mae. Mariah has since shifted her focus to becoming a full-time Real Estate Advisor, Mariah’s past experience in the construction industry has laid the foundation for her to see potential where some potential buyers/sellers might not. 

Mariah also has her senior specialist designation, which has been a very fulfilling addition in her real estate career. Whether her clients were downsizing, attaining a reverse mortgage, or purchasing a vacation home, Mariah has a wide range of experience. She is also an experienced Airbnb and vacation rental host and investor. She strives to stay abreast of local real estate policies to advise clients properly.

Outside of her passion for real estate, Mariah is a seasoned traveler. She has lived internationally but considers Denver, Colorado her home. When she isn’t traveling, you can find Mariah enjoying the Denver food and art scene. She feels that supporting and being involved in the local industry is vital to the community and is passionate about supporting local. Mariah’s motto is ‘Atmosphere is everything!’ She has become a walking catalog of restaurants and happy hours. Just ask!

Q&A with Mariah

1. What do you love about your job?

I love houses! I love walking in and seeing how a house was built or designed. I love finding the perfect neighborhood or the closest coffee shop.  I also love people and seeing that spark in their eyes when they find not just a house but a home. It’s so satisfying.

2. What sets you apart from the competition?

I have years of experience in customer service and also in residential construction. I have developed an eye for the potential home could have and I know the ins and outs of renovations, permits, moving walls, design and all of the other question marks a client might have when wanting to update. That helps me to value a property properly whether buying or selling.

3. What are you passionate about?  

I foster for a boxer dog rescue. I love giving pups a warm happy place while they wait to find their family. I am an adventurous cook and baker, entertaining my friends and family with my creations. I am an avid happy hour hunter, I know a good place in almost every neighborhood!

4. Why did you choose LUX. Denver?

LUX. Denver has created such a beautiful format for making all parts of real estate simple, functional and highly effective. The relationship focus within the brokerage and with our clients is the number one priority and that is who I want to be allied with!
