“I don’t think anyone else could have done what Tom Sagona was able to do for me. I was told by multiple lenders that I couldn’t qualify and looked for months trying to find a home I could afford. Tom was able to help me get qualified for a loan, and help me purchase a much nicer home than I ever dreamed of, in a fantastic location I thought I could never afford! He was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process, very understanding of my needs and zero pressure. I highly recommend him for anyone who’s at all nervous about buying or selling a home! I can’t believe it actually happened, thank you Tom!!”
