Tina planted her roots in Southwest Colorado as a young girl and has been branching out into Colorado communities ever since. Tina believes when we serve others, we are truly living. Buying, selling, or investing in real estate is about the service provided, the client’s experience, and how the transaction will inspire and enhance the quality of life. Tina is passionate about what real estate can do for people and their quality of life. Therefore, Tina seeks to create meaningful relationships with her clients and lasting friendships. Staying connected with her clients and watching them grow personally and professionally keeps her inspired to live her best life and do her best work as a realtor.
Tina is no stranger to real estate and property management. At the age of just twenty-one, she was managing more than 200 units of HUD housing navigating federal laws and regulations. Seeing the impact, affordable housing can have for families, young and old, fueled her passion for supporting these families as an advocate and liaison during their times of need. Tina began investing in real estate in the 90s. The positive impact real estate had on her life inspired her to become a realtor and help others achieve their real estate dreams and goals.
When she’s not engaged in her work with communities and family businesses, Tina takes full advantage of living in this beautiful state, hiking, lake kayaking exploring, and spending time with family and friends.
Tina is honored to be now serving her neighbors alongside her daughter, Tanya, as your advocate and liaison in real estate. This mother-daughter duo is ready to listen to your housing needs, hopes, and dreams and then roll up their sleeves and work tirelessly to get you there!

1. What do you love about your job?
Having a career that allows me to serve people and advocate for them through the process of buying or selling real estate. I also really enjoy working with my daughter.
2. What are you passionate about?
I love spending quality time with my family and friends. I love to shop! I enjoy visiting and exploring small mountain towns. I like new adventures; I enjoy hiking and spending time in Nature. I am a mother of three amazing young women and a proud grandmother! My family is my heart!
3. What sets you apart from the competition?
I will only work with a small number of clients at any given time. I am more concerned with quality over quantity in all areas of my life, and that, includes my real estate career. I will be there every step of the way and keep in close communication paying attention to the details that matter most to my clients.
4. Why did you choose LUX Denver?
I wanted a company that cares about people and quality of life! LUX Denver cares about my clients having a luxury experience when buying or selling Real estate, regardless of the price of the sale! 5. What organizations are you passionate about?
I love to support local small businesses and entrepreneurs. I have always been passionate about organizations that support children and families near and far! Some of my favorites are St.Jude, World Vision, Feeding America’s hungry children, and Women’s Global empowerment. It’s always an honor to support and serve others.
