1. What do you love about your job?
I just love being able to help people in general and seeing how excited and happy they are after my help really fills me up. Real estate allows me to help people with their goals and dreams and I couldn’t be more honored for people to trust me in that process.
2. What sets you apart from the competition?
I take pride in my work no matter what the job is so I strive to be a serious professional in the real estate industry. I work hard for my clients and I’m not afraid of having hard conversations with people. As professional as I am though, I do like to keep it light and make sure everyone is having fun and enjoying the process! My communication is also a huge part of how I do business and I think it goes a long way in this industry.
3. What is your communication style like?
I like to tailor my communication style to the preferred style of clients. I always ask my clients in our initial consultation – how often they’d like to hear from me and in what style – and I tailor my communications style to that.
4. What are you uniquely great at inside of your job?
I am really great at helping keep emotions nice and level throughout the entire process. This can be a very exciting but also scary and nerve wracking purchase in someone’s life, so I try to make sure I help manage the emotions and expectations of my clients.
5. What do you hear are the most common reasons people love working with you?
They like that I am knowledgeable about the market, they love my communication and they have enjoyed the process and had fun working with me.
