Joey Hoisescu

Joey is not just a Realtor but also a collaborator and community builder.  He is passionate about helping those with mental health issues, especially men suffering from depression and women feeling the effects of negative body image.  When Joey is not working deals, you can find him coaching at the gym he owns, Denver Barbell Club.  His athletes would absolutely describe him as someone willing to put it all on the line to help those in need.

Q&A with Joey

1. What do you love about your job?

I love guiding my clients through the process of buying and selling their properties.  I come from a background in Michelin service, and it’s my goal to provide that same level of service to all of my real estate clients.  I also absolutely love winning.

2. What sets you apart from the competition?

The level of service I provide, the market knowledge I deliver, the zealous representation of my clients, and my genuine love for the economics of real estate. 

3. Who do you most enjoy working with? 

I love working with clients who understand the long-term benefits of owning real estate, as well as those who are open-minded and excited about buying and selling property.

4. Why did you choose LUX Denver?

I felt the vibe, the service, and the forward-thinking mindset of LUX. Denver was all in line with my own personal and professional values. It takes a team to build a dynasty, and this is the team that I was looking for.

5. What is your communication style like?

I am charismatic in my delivery of information and very direct in my advice to my clients.  I don’t always tell people what they enjoy hearing, but I will always be honest about my thoughts. 

6. What are you passionate about?

I absolutely love helping people.  Aside from that, I am passionate about wine, Olympic weightlifting, economics, snowboarding, off-roading and personal evolution.
