1. What do you love about your job?
I love getting to work with a variety of individuals and each day brings something new. With Sellers, I love the challenge of pricing, creating a story, and bringing a house to market in a way that’s going to attract the most amount of buyers. When working with Buyers, I love the hunt of finding a home that meets their unique criteria and timeline and I love assisting clients that are relocating with area familiarization and getting tied into a community.
2. What are you passionate about?
Of course, I’m passionate about real estate and design. But more than that, I’m passionate about community. What’s great about homeownership, outside of its ability to build wealth, is that it anchors you into a community and lifestyle. I love to host community get-to-gethers, support local businesses, and get involved with local causes.
3. What is your communication style like?
I like to tailor my communication style to the preferred style of clients. I always ask my clients in our initial consultation – how often they’d like to hear from me and in what style – and I tailor my communications style to that.
4. What are you uniquely great at inside of your job?
Truly listening to the stated needs of clients, pricing, negotiating favorable terms, and establishing a solid rapport with the other party involved to make it to the settlement table with ease.
5. What do you hear are the most common reasons people love working with you?
Clients love my candid nature about the items it’s essential to be candid about, that I’m down-to-earth, and that I make selling or buying a home fun and as stress-free as possible. They also love my “I’ll handle it” attitude and the dedication that I bring to achieving their individual real estate goals.
