How to Enter: Participants may earn entries in two ways:
Visit any of our 8 open house properties to receive 1 entry per property toured.
Tag our official Instagram account
@luxrealestatecompanyfeaturing a photo or video taken at one of our open house properties or sharing your dream real estate property to receive 1 entry per unique post.
Giveaway Period: The giveaway begins on July 14th, 2026. All entries, whether via property tour or Instagram post, must be received by July 19th, 2026, at 8pm MST.
Entry Limit: There is a strict limit of 9 total entries maximum per person, regardless of the method of entry.
Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of Colorado who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. [1]
The Prize: Two (2) separate winners will each receive one (1) $500 gift card. Total prize pool value is $1,000. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash substitutions are allowed.
Winner Selection & Notification: Two (2) winners will be chosen at random on July 20th, 2026, and will be contacted via the contact information or Instagram direct message provided at the time of entry.
Claiming the Prize: Winners have exactly 24 hours from the time of contact to respond and claim their prize. If a winner fails to respond within 24 hours, the prize will be forfeited, and the sponsor reserves the right to either select an alternate winner or leave the prize unawarded.
