Park Hill real estate is a neighborhood divided into three administrative neighborhoods in Denver: North Park Hill, South Park Hill, and Northeast Park Hill. It is bordered by Colorado Boulevard, East Colfax Avenue, Quebec Street, and East 52nd Avenue, all major streets within the city. The area was first developed in 1887 by Baron Alois von Winckler. The area began to grow in 1900 with settlers from all many countries settling here.
