West Highlands feels like a nice cozy neighborhood but is close to various urban destinations. Sloans lake is very close by and offers a nearly 3-mile circumference and fun attractions such as the annual dragon boat races. Lowell Blvd and 32nd have shopping centers with great food, fun nightlife, and many unique one-of-a-kind stores.
West Highlands is also only 5-10 minutes from Downtown and 15-20 minutes from Red Rocks amphitheater. This neighborhood is a hotspot for those who enjoy the energy of city living but want a house outside downtown boundaries. The architectural designs range from brick Bungalows to modern lofts, Tudors, and historic mansions sitting on well-manicured, tree-lined streets.
