Congress Park real estate is a charming, tree-laden neighborhood of Central Denver. Just under 3 miles from Downtown, Congress Park is within a few miles of everything in Denver, including easy access to Cherry Creek, Downtown, and many of Denver’s top parks, restaurants, and museums. You will also find some condos and apartments, primarily on the north and west, and east ends of the neighborhood. As if this isn’t enough, the neighborhood also borders the popular Denver Botanic Gardens, named one of the top 10 gardens in North America, as well as the Tattered Cover Book store and the Sie FilmCenter (a great independent movie theatre).
