Prior to obtaining her real estate license in 2008, Suzi worked for a commercial lending investment bank where she managed the financing and facilitated closings of multi-million-dollar multi-family development projects in Colorado and throughout the United States. Suzi also has experience in real estate asset management, market research and grew up in a real estate developer household. Suzi draws upon her past experiences and current endeavors bringing a high level of local market knowledge, pricing, contracts, and negotiation while handling all aspects of the transaction with an unmatched level of customer service. Suzi is a full service one stop shop representing clients across the front range. Whether you are purchasing your first home, relocating, selling land, a luxury home or anything in between she has successfully done it all.

When Suzi is not busy working, she enjoys skiing, playing tennis, gardening, mountain biking, hiking and watching her son play lax and soccer. Suzi has also thoroughly enjoyed volunteering at her son’s school and loves anything and everything to do with interior design and home renovations. Suzi also provides these services for her clients and her own personal investments.

Q&A with Suzi

1. What do you love about your job? 

What don’t I love about my job???? Each transaction is not just another deal for me. I enjoy getting to know each of my clients and making a connection. Listening to their needs/wants. I get so much joy helping my clients achieve their goals and creating a stress-free process.

2. What’s your communication style like?

I believe that the biggest mistake many people make is that they communicate without listening. I first get to know my clients. Learn what their needs are in order to ensure that I match my communications in a way that best serves my clients. Regardless if they prefer a text, a phone call, coffee meetings, emails or a fax (yes, I had a few of those too!) my communication style is to keep my client informed in real time throughout the entire transaction, and I am extremely responsive.

3. What sets you apart from the competition?

The devil is in the details and that’s where I shine. Over the last 20 years, I have gained a vast wealth of knowledge in areas of real estate that most agents do not possess. My open and honest communication style also enables me to maintain a smooth transaction and achieve or exceed my client’s needs and goals.
