Jim grew up just outside of Boston Massachusetts where one of his first memories was passing his dad tools as he built a deck on their family home. Jim’s wife and he bought their first home at 22 years old in Florida. Making small renovations over time and making it their home sparked Jim’s passion for real estate.
After years in the restaurant industry, I started my own food truck and catering company based on the philosophy of going above and beyond what anyone else was doing, both in service and food quality. Friends, the mountains, and the beer industry brought me to Colorado 6 years ago, and it has been home ever since.

1. What do you love about your job?
I like waking up to a new and exciting experience every morning and making lasting connections with people.
2. What sets you apart from the competition?
I have 15 years of hospitality experience which has taught me to exceed expectations and make genuine connections to help anticipate a client’s needs on another level.
3. What do you hear are the most common reasons people love working with you?
I have always been someone that people feel comfortable opening up to, because I listen and try to think two steps ahead and anticipate needs before they arise. I am also someone who takes their work seriously, and will always follow through on a promise or goal.
4. What are you uniquely great at inside of your job?
I am always genuine with whomever I am speaking with. I enjoy finding common interests with people and building a real connection even after the business relationship ends.
5. What are you passionate about?
Food and travel have been my biggest passions for as long as I can remember. I love experiencing different cultures through the local culinary scene. My passion for craft beer perfectly pairs with travel and food. I also enjoy video production, and I am a big fan of stand-up comedy.
