Outside of his professional life, Dominick channels his boundless enthusiasm into a variety of activities. He’s a competitive in, and coaches, Olympic lifting and CrossFit, is an avid skier and cyclist, and a budding volleyball player, even exploring an interest in triathlons. His passion for learning and trying new things extends beyond sports to exploring new restaurants, bars, and travel destinations. Among his greatest personal accomplishments is managing to wear out his bernedoodle puppy, Oscar—a feat typically achieved through long off-leash hikes or multi-day camping trips.

What do you love about your job?
I love the challenge of crafting a comprehensive sales process that anticipates potential objections and challenges. It’s incredibly satisfying to navigate these obstacles and achieve a successful outcome. But what I enjoy even more is when unexpected situations arise, forcing me to think creatively and find innovative solutions that benefit both myself and my clients.
Who do you most enjoy working with?
I appreciate when people value the details—the design, a unique focal point, and even the potential of a project. It’s important to be authentic, and express your personal style, with an eye to your overall goals.
What are you uniquely great at inside of your job?
I hold myself to high standards and strive to consistently exceed expectations. This requires going beyond the minimum and actively seeking innovative solutions. I challenge myself and my team to think creatively and find new ways to succeed, whether it’s through negotiation, marketing, problem-solving, or streamlining processes.
What is your favorite local neighborhood?
My preferences change frequently, but I’ve always been drawn to the vibrant atmosphere of Tennyson Street with its diverse restaurants and shops. I also appreciate the established charm of neighborhoods like Capitol Hill and Washington Park.
