Will Younkes

Will Younkes moved to Bozeman, Montana to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance at Montana State University. While attending MSU, his morals and values aligned with the Sigma Chi Brotherhood and he became a lifelong Sig. This fraternity of brothers taught him the value of integrity and life-long commitment. With a passion for finance combined with real estate, Will began his career when decided to head back to his roots in Colorado to be closer to his family. The knowledge gained from his degree in finance, coupled with his experience in sales, has provided him with the valuable skills used daily in real estate negotiations, educating clients, and effectively marketing his listings. Will’s out-going personality, education, and background in sales provide a leading experience in the real estate world.

Being a native to Colorado, he knows the benefits of life in Denver with its changing seasons, scenic beauty, culture, and diversity. Currently, Will is a Greenwood Village resident, continuously developing connections in the community and actively helping those around him. When Will is not working (which is rare), he spends his time with his adopted dog Lilly, going to the gym, and enjoying the beautiful Colorado hiking and skiing.

1. What do you love about your job?

I love that I can be involved with my client’s needs day-to-day, by helping them achieve their goals.

2. What sets you apart from the competition?

Being a newer agent has many advantages; I have the opportunity to have more time working with my clients while having the Lux Denver teams Knowledge in my back pocket.

3. What do you hear is/are the most common reason(s) people love working with you?

“There’s no way he’s this happy all the time!”

4. What are you passionate about?

I am passionate about the outdoors, nature, staying active both physically, and within the community. I enjoy skiing, mountain biking, fly fishing, and walking my dog Lilly. 

5. What’s your favorite neighborhood in Denver?

The Preserve in Greenwood Village is a rare community that lives in harmony with nature. The 45 Acre Marjorie Perry Nature Preserve is the centerpiece of the neighborhood.
