1) Invest in smart home devices

While it can be difficult to keep up with the age of technology, there are a lot of varying options for adding smart home devices without breaking the bank.  Smart thermostats, robot vacuums, smart light bulbs and automated window shades are many of the options available. 2) Service your HVAC system

This is one task we tend to overlook; however, it is one that can save you thousands of dollars.
