Yesenia Casas, LUX. Denver Advisor
Yesenia is a proud Latina Colorado native who was born and raised in Denver. She grew up in the Highlands neighborhood and having watched it evolve over the years is what peaked her interest in real estate. Yesenia enjoys working with both the English and Spanish speaking communities often bridging the gap between the two. She is a city girl through and through and loves all the neighborhoods in the Denver metro area. Yesenia has a unique knowledge of what they all each have to offer (including all the best coffee shops) and how they contrast to each other.
When Yesenia is not working with clients she spends most of her time chasing her two beautiful daughters around. She loves to explore the growing food scene in Denver and support local art and business.
Q&A with Yesenia
1. What do you love about your job?
What I love about my job is that I never live the same day twice. Every interaction, client, home and transaction is unique. It provides the opportunity to continuously learn which is how I thrive.
2. What sets you apart from the competition?
What sets me apart from my competition is my willingness to go above and beyond for my clients while gaining a keen understanding of what they are looking for. I’m not afraid to ask questions and exhaust options. I’m also bilingual and pride myself in providing exceptional service to the Latino community.
3. What do you hear are the most common reasons people love working with you?
The most common reasons I hear people love working with me is that I’m a Denver native and they appreciate my inside knowledge of the ever-changing neighborhoods.
4. What are you passionate about?
I’m passionate about living life on my terms and teaching my daughters to do the same. It’s important to me to teach them that happiness is not a one size fits all journey. I want them to feel empowered to make decisions based on what makes them happy and fulfills them regardless of what others may think. Other than that I consider myself a creative outlet junkie and love anything that allows me to think outside the box and create including food, fashion, and art.
5. What organizations are you passionate about being involved with?
I enjoy being involved with organizations that advocate for underprivileged young women as well as organizations that teach financial literacy to underserved communities.
