Shalom Kaiser, LUX. Denver Agent
Originally from Canada, Shalom began his career in real estate in Dallas, TX, taking advantage of an opportunity to work as a property manager for a large apartment complex there. After several years, he decided to spread his wings and settle in Colorado, given the strong economy, great sense of community and access to nature and the mountains. He became licensed as a broker, joined a team that concentrates on small multifamily investment properties and helped the team as their transaction manager. Shalom decided to get his feet wet in investment properties and purchased several homes which he operates as short-term rentals. He is currently looking to try his hand in the fix and flip market.
Shalom has a voracious appetite for all things real estate and brings tools from a variety of backgrounds to the table, making him well-rounded and knowledgeable in the Denver real estate scene. He brings an unparalleled commitment to all his clients, treating every deal as if it were his own.

2. What are you uniquely great at inside of your job

7. What do you hear are the most common reasons people love working with you?
I always put them first; I earnestly want to be as helpful as possible. I like to think that I know a little about a lot of things. I value the goals of the team over my individual goals.
