About Marli
Marli was born and raised on the island of Oahu, Hawaii where her love of real estate began early attending open houses with her parents at a young age. This interest grew over time into a passion, and she soon realized the many opportunities that real estate had to offer as a career. Before she began a property management company servicing high-end vacation rental properties in Hawaii, she lived in Colorado for many years, attending Culinary school and enjoying all that this wonderful state has to offer. After her time in property management in Hawaii, life presented a special opportunity and brought her back to Colorado where she pursued a long-awaited career in real estate sales. Since moving back, her knowledge of the state of Colorado has continued to grow into a well-rounded understanding of its market and endless neighborhoods. These past life experiences have come together to create a strong work ethic and a passion for the industry and the people she meets.

1. What do you love about your job?
I love knowing that each day brings something new. I believe this aspect of real estate brings great opportunities paired with both professional and personal growth.
2. What sets you apart from the competition?
Having worked my whole life in the hospitality industry, I understand the importance of creating a strong mutual relationship with clients by understanding their “why” and not just their “what”. By doing so, I gain a deeper understanding of your individual needs and goals.
3. What is your communication style like?
Great communication and trust go hand in hand in real estate. By practicing clear and direct communication, I can begin to build the strong foundation needed to ensure a smooth process moving forward. I will always remain levelheaded and be here to answer any questions, provide information, and help guide you through this oftentimes demanding process.
4. What are you uniquely great at inside your job?
I have always cared deeply about how others feel, and as an advocate for a client, I will always take the time to make sure your needs are being met in the best way possible. Whether buying or selling, my goal is to create an enjoyable experience while supporting clients with great communication, up-to-date real estate knowledge, and the common goal of achieving the best possible outcome.
5. What are you passionate about?
I am passionate about family, friends, animals, and building memories through shared experiences. I am a culinary school graduate, so I do enjoy making a mess in the kitchen!
