Lisa Wynne, LUX. Denver Advisor
Lisa graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing. What followed was a lucrative career as the President and CEO of a marketing and advertising firm with offices in San Diego and Washington, DC. She is an Emmy-Award winning writer and has worked with clients ranging from fashion, technology, broadcasting and professional sports teams. Lisa also owned and operated a decor studio, creating custom interior decor and furnishings for a range of clients. Lisa brings all of this experience to her career in real estate, utilizing her marketing expertise, her love of interior design and her knack for creative thinking.
When Lisa isn’t working, she is hanging out with her son Ryder at his soccer games or spending time with good friends.
Q&A with Lisa
1. What do you love about your job?
I really love this job for so many reasons. But what I love most is the reward in finding the right home for the right person. Home is so important to me – it is where I feel inspired, where I entertain and where I do things that matter to me most. I want to help others find that kind of “home” as well.
2. What sets you apart from the competition?
In all of the years that I ran my marketing company – I learned how different every client can be. They have different goals, different expectations, different tastes. That being said, I built that agency on creating custom experiences and campaigns really centered on each client and their objectives. I bring that with me into real estate. I am focused on giving my clients the best possible outcomes based on their specific needs.
3. What is your communication style like?
Definitely interactive! I want to learn as much about my clients as possible so that I can give them exactly what they are looking for!
4. Why did you choose LUX. Denver?
I wanted to be involved with a brokerage that was collaborative, creative and experienced – and that is certainly what I have found with LUX. Denver. The LUX.
