Kyle McBride is a native of Colorado, where he attended The University of Colorado Denver and studied business marketing. Kyle always has had a passion for entrepreneurship which led him to dive into the real estate industry at the young age of 20.
Kyle sets high expectations for bringing a superior commitment and passion to every client and transaction. His understanding of how to market properties and negotiate deals consistently puts him and his clients in advantageous positions for success. 1. What do you love about your job?
What I love most about my job is the ability to build meaningful relationships, while helping people achieve the American dream of owning a home. It makes for such a rewarding career and the clients that I’ve helped in the past have turned into family.
2. What are you uniquely great at inside of your job?
What I believe I am uniquely great at inside my job is the ability to make a real estate transaction an special experience. I think so many agents think in terms of ‘transactions’ or ‘sales’, but I believe that people in today’s society buy and value experiences over anything else.
3. What sets you apart from the competition?
In a time where it feels like everyone you meet is a realtor, I feel like what sets me apart in this industry is my youth and my marketing abilities, whether it be social media marketing, event-based marketing, or online SEO marketing. Combine that with the deep understanding I have of the real estate market here in Denver is, in my opinion, my competitive advantage.
4. Why did you choose LUX. Denver?
LUX. Denver embodies this principle of not viewing work and life as two separate things, but rather as an integration. They create great environments for agents to be themselves and in return, those agents give the best possible service to their clients.
5. What is your communication style like?
I would say it really depends on the situation. Mainly laid back and easy going. I’m not going to be the agent that gives you the sales pitch on a particular property. I always tell my clients that I would never sell them a house that I wouldn’t live in myself.
6. What are you passionate about?
I’m passionate about serving others and building as many meaningful relationships as I can. I truly believe that I’m in the ‘people business’ more than the ‘real estate business.’ So anyway I can be of resource to someone and add value to their lives is what I live for.
7. What organizations are you passionate about being involved with?
Denver Rescue Mission and Denver Institute of Faith and Work.
