“I would like to share just a little bit of our story… my parents lived in their place for 20 years. They never planned on selling. My mom passed away very suddenly and very unexpectedly, sending my dad’s future into a spiraling whirlwind. Sadly we had to move my dad out of his home of love and memories and into assisted living (he needs full-time care). This was the hardest time of our lives. We chose Heather Spencer to be our realtor. She went above and beyond for us! There was a lot of work that needed to be done in order to get my parents place ready to sell. Heather was with us not only as a realtor but as a friend every step of the way! I was under more stress than I even knew possible. Heather was always there with a warm smile and a calm voice to answer any questions, to offer solutions or to just simply give me a hug! I can truly attest that Heather truly cares and is committed to providing the best for her clients!” Toni W.
“I would like to share my LUX real estate experience with future home buyers and sellers. This August I visited The Villages in Florida, having no intention of buying a property there. I stumbled upon a Villa Open House and fell in love with the property. I contacted my realtor, Heather Spencer, back in Denver, and she quickly helped me de-clutter my home of 19 years and suggested some changes to make it market ready. We were able to ready it for listing one month later. Heather remembered a client couple who had wanted to purchase her listing of an identical floor plan in Southpointe, but after the inspection had rescinded their offer. She placed a call to the couples’ realtor and they subsequently placed a full price offer that evening, with our stipulation – to close by October 30th. One day later, on October 31st, we were able to close on my Florida Villages home. It couldn’t have been a smoother set of ”happenings” – two real estate transactions in 24 hours!” Kathy B.
