Understanding and explaining the complex Contract to Buy and Sell
In this course, we will review each section of the Contract to Buy and Sell and identify how to clearly explain this complex contract to your clients. Depending on time and experience level of the class we will create a CTM Contract template as well.
This course does not offer CE credits but will be highly valuable for you and use with your clients.
