Carson Erard, LUX. Denver Advisor
Carson grew up in Birmingham, Michigan just outside Detroit and received his B.A. in Marketing from Michigan State University in 2004. Caron’s real estate career began immediately following graduation as a Commercial Loan Officer in Grand Rapids, MI.
Carson realized Colorado was calling his name after visiting his friend from Michigan State who moved to Aspen. He decided before his flight left to pack up and move west, bound for Aspen. As luck would have it, he ended up staying in Denver for the sunshine, active lifestyle and earned his Masters from the University of Denver in real estate finance in 2009.
Shortly after graduating Carson decided to make his passion for the mountains a reality and moved to Breckenridge for 2 years. From the start, he spent his free time exploring the endless year-round activities Summit County and Denver have to offer. He lived in several Denver neighborhoods (West Wash Park, Baker, Cheeseman Park) over the course of a decade of living in Colorado and loves keeping an eye on new restaurants, breweries, shops and small businesses opening around town.
Carson’s clients choose him for his real estate expertise, no-nonsense philosophy, and passion for the Colorado lifestyle in their journey to make their dreams of owning a first, 2nd or investment property a reality!
