ShaTerra was born and raised in Denver Colorado. She is engaged and will be getting married in August 2023. Between her daughter, her fiance’s three children, and their pitbull rescue, there is never a dull moment in ShaTerra’s household.
Prior to changing careers to real estate, she was an operations manager for FedEx for nine years. She decided to switch career paths because she has always loved looking at homes and dreamed of one-day building and designing homes herself.
Some of ShaTerra’s hobbies include hiking, cooking, watching football, her daughter’s gymnastics, teaching high school cheerleading, and dancing. Alongside her career in real estate and her hobbies, ShaTerra is very active in her community, volunteering at a local sober living house and at school events.

1. Why did you choose LUX. Denver?
After talking with the LUX. Denver crew it just felt right and like this is where I’m meant to be. I’ve worked at other companies that were only concerned about what I can do for them and LUX. Denver really gave me that feeling that they want to see me succeed.
2. What is your communication style like?
I am a very detail-oriented person, I speak in a very systematic way. I like to know all of the specifics when communicating with others.
3. What are you passionate about?
Helping others is my passion.
