1. What do you love about your job?
I love meeting new people from all different backgrounds and helping them with their unique needs in the Real Estate industry.
2. Why did you choose LUX. Denver?
I chose LUX. Denver because it is a small boutique brokerage that has a reputation for excellence. Working for a company that truly cares about its Brokers and clients was a no-brainer.
3. What sets you apart from the competition?
Every client has specific goals when it comes to homeownership, coming from a business background I pride myself on being able to assess clients’ needs and walk them through the intricacies of their Real Estate goals. My phone is always on and I answer it no matter the time of day.
4. What is your communication style like?
I’m an open communicator and I enjoy in-person meetings the most. Being able to connect with someone over a coffee or a beer reduces the risk of miscommunication and accomplishes the goals of identifying their real estate needs and moving toward achieving those needs. Buying or selling a home can be a huge life shift. Being able to determine my client’s goals firsthand is very important to me.
5. Who do you most enjoy working with?
My clients range from young to old; each person has a unique story. I’ve worked with many people from totally different backgrounds and they all have added value to my life. I enjoy forming lasting relationships with my clients.
6. What are you passionate about?
I’m extremely passionate about traveling. I think it is important to experience new cultures and see the world. I think traveling is one of the best ways to expand a comfort zone and challenge what is conceived as the “norm.” Real Estate allows me to create a schedule in which I can work hard and make time for travel.
7. What do you hear are the most common reasons people love working with you?
I’ve been told that I’m easygoing when I need to be while executing decisiveness when necessary. I prefer to build a business of trust and satisfaction that ultimately results in a vetted client base through referrals and recommendations. I work hard to be both the broker that other brokers want to work with and the broker that clients trust to help them.
