When I was 26 years old, I walked into the hospital and left 11 days later in a wheelchair. I was diagnosed with something called Enterovirus, which is similar to Polio, and I came to my childhood home to heal. It was during that time in my recovery that I discovered the true importance of a home. I was healed, in part, by being in my safe place, filled with comfort, memories and love. I became a realtor because I want to help my clients find those same feelings in a home. I will never pressure you; I know what an important decision this is.
More about me…
- I’m a proud CO native!
- I was raised by a single mom.
- I love dancing but I’m not very graceful – I’ve broken my arm and had a concussion!
- I’m a vegetarian and animal lover – I have 3 dogs (a St. Bernard and 2 chiweenies), a cat and a cockatiel
- I am ambidextrous, I write with my right hand but throw a football with my left
I deeply believe in the importance of giving back. One of the organizations I’m heavily involved with is called New Genesis House. It’s a homeless shelter and one of my favorite things to do is help put on their Christmas Dinner. The perspective you get when you see people who are grateful for the smallest things in life is like nothing I’ve ever experienced.

Q&A with Justina
1. What do you love about your job?
I truly enjoy helping people and being a real estate advisor, I get to help people realize their dreams through homeownership. Being a part of the process is exciting for me and there is nothing more rewarding than handing over the keys on closing day.
2. What sets you apart from the competition?
I genuinely care about my clients. I will always fight for you to get you the home of your dreams, but I will also be honest and make sure that it is the right home for you. My clients are NOT just a number to me, I strive to make real connections and want nothing but the best for anyone that I come into contact with.
3. What is my communication style like?
I would call myself a chameleon when it comes to communication. The most important part for me is to figure out my client’s style and match them as everyone is different and I will treat them accordingly.
4. Why did you choose LUX. Denver?
It has always been important to me to work with a company that aligns with my morals. LUX. Denver stood out like none other in the field. “What inspires you?” captured me right away. Real estate is a business but, at LUX. Denver, it is a lifestyle. We truly care about our clients and our community. Being part of the Wish for Wheels program, which donates bicycles to an entire grade at a local school, is just one of the many reasons I am proud to call myself a LUX. Denver Real Estate Advisor.
