Bianca Parrish

Bianca is a mover and shaker. She has been an active member of the Colorado community since moving here from her native Brazil in 2008. She brings her passionate emigrant edge to everything she does. Whether it is her training to become a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, serving on the Board of Directors for Mother of Multiples, or volunteering at local animal shelters, she brings her unbridled passion and steadfast commitment to success. Oh, and yes, she brings all of that to serving buyers and sellers too.

What stands out most with Bianca is her sense of discipline, service to others, and attention to detail. And, it is all wrapped up in a smile so bright it can light up the midnight sky.

When Bianca isn’t making homeownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Lance, her twin boys, practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and exploring the wilderness beauty Colorado has to offer.

1. What do you love about your job?

I love helping individuals with one of the biggest investments of their lifetime.

2. What sets you apart from the competition?

My passion and dedication to helping my clients.

3. What do you hear are the most common reasons people love working with you?

I am a dedicated go-getter and I make people feel comfortable.

4. What organizations are you passionate about?

MOMS Mother of Multiples Society, Humane Society of The South Platte Valley, Happy Animals Club. Those are some that I personally help on a regular basis.

5. What are you passionate about?

My family and friends, Brazilian Jiu JItsu, Crafting, and I could keep adding to it.
