Liz Daigle, LUX. Denver Certified Agent
Liz Daigle said goodbye to an eight-year career in finance in 2014. For years, finance was everything to her. She received her MBA in 2010, and had an intense passion for numbers and analytics. But she soon realized that her need for creativity began to outweigh her drive for financials – and then she decided she needed to shake everything up. She decided to leave New Hampshire and move to Denver and become a Real Estate Agent. With a passion for creativity and analytics, Liz Daigle knows real estate is more than just a transaction. It’s about truly understanding the needs of her clients and helping them envision what a house will become when it is theirs – which is incredibly important in a booming, tight market like Denver.
Q&A with Liz
1. What do you love about your job?
I love the hustle and bustle of real estate. I love the adrenaline rush of negotiations and being able to represent my client in one of the biggest purchases that they will make.
2. What are you uniquely great at inside of your job?
I want my clients to build wealth and with every transaction, I often talk about it. I am always three steps ahead of my clients through the process and will speak to potential tax consequences, life insurance, estate planning and much more. I have built a team of experts through the Front Range that can help my clients build wealth.
3. What sets you apart from the competition?
I spent ten years in the financial services industry and worked with clients, legal counsel, and fund managers. This gives me a unique perspective to buying or selling a home as often time a home is the biggest asset people have. With my financial services background, I am able to help my clients build wealth through real estate.
4. What is your communication style like?
My communication style is my client’s communication style. Upon meeting, I determine how you like to communicate and through the process I keep my clients updated. There are a lot of details while buying and/or selling a home and I pride myself in taking care of these details for my clients. Real estate is my full-time job; it does not need to be yours.
5. What’s your favorite neighborhood in Denver?
This is one of the hardest questions, I truly love just about every neighborhood, and each neighborhood has a different personality. Lately I really love Sloan’s Lake; there is a lot of new development with and around the St Anthony’s redevelopment. Also interesting to me, is what will happen to the surrounding neighborhoods as this one changes.
6. What do you hear are the most common reasons people love working with you?
I have a unique dichotomy between emotion and logic. I am able to talk numbers, statistics and graphs with folks that want that but also make the experience fun and lighthearted. I have an uncanny ability to read my client to determine what our next move should be.
7. What organizations are you passionate about being involved with?
I am a member of Denver Junior League, American Professional Woman’s Alliance – Denver Chapter and I run a meetup called Living and Loving Denver.
