1. What sets you apart from the competition?
I am genuine in my approach to connect and help others. I truly have their best needs in my heart and mind, I take note of what they want and don’t want as well as what they are willing to compromise on, if anything.
I care about my relationships and understand my fiduciary duties as a broker associate. I have a background in new home sales and understand the ins and outs of how a home is built from the ground up. I also have experience in resale and know what is required to ensure that my clients are protected and guided properly throughout the process. I understand that this process is not always easy, I am an empathetic person and always give my best. I have over 12 years of experience in the mortgage industry both as a loan originator as well as a loan processor/Junior underwriter and have also worked on the closing side of the business. I have a knowledge of contract deadlines and I am successful at ensuring these dates are explained to my clients, met and even more so, that the buyers or sellers understand the contract and the buying, selling and loan process in its entirety.

3. What are you passionate about?
I am passionate about the quality of my life, my family and my career. I am passionate about helping others to feel the same and go for their dreams to improve upon their lifestyle now. I am passionate about the Denver Real Estate market, trends, economy and education.
4. What do you love about your job?
I love educating people about the home buying and selling process. I love the feeling both myself and my clients get when we come together and are able to improve the value and quality of their lives by deciding to become homeowners; Whether they need to improve upon their lifestyle due to a growing family, a need to move on from a situation, becoming “empty nesters” or are making the decision to become first time homeowners. I love the overall gratitude and appreciation that I have when they close successfully but more importantly, the relationships I get to build along the way.
